After each session, you will need to take it easy for as long as you see fit. During healing, since we will naturally work with communicating with the subconscious mind, our conscious mind will seem a bit disoriented, like its recalibrating. This is a good thing and means that the neuro-pathways which are responsible for connecting old patterns and beliefs with our current actions, are reorganizing themselves and realigning back to match our true self. Since this is first happening energetically and translating into our physical body, it usually takes at least a week for you to really feel the shift. Allow yourself to be patient and nourishing to yourself at this time. It is strongly advised to refrain from any drugs or alcohol for up to 7 days from our initial session for these reasons.

Other than this, drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest, eat according to your intuition and listen to your heart for joy!
Follow up of our session is very important as it allows for me to become aware of any progress and be available for support whenever the client sees it necessary. Please fill free to reach out via email after a week from our session.
