What is it?
Metaphysical Anatomy Technique (MAT) is a trauma release therapy designed by author, life coach, teacher and practitioner Evette Rose. The actual healing session is designed to very gently untangle certain charged emotions and instincts stored in the body and allow the body to resolve and complete its natural trauma release cycle through a guided meditation and healing techniques -- all facilitated by a certified advanced practioner personally trained by Evette. This technique alone has transformed thousands of people’s experiences to create a better quality of life for themselves. The beauty of this healing is that we are mostly working with the subconscous mind with permission from your concsiousness, so healing mostly just needs to be recieved and does not need to be congintivly understood to make a dramatic positive impact on your life.
According to Metaphysical Anatomy, trauma occurs when a person feels unsafe and do not have the resourse to create repair, thus suppressing their ability to complete and heal trauma naturally. Trauma most commonly happens from the age of 0-7 when the human body is dominantly feeling the world, at its most influencial and absorbing it’s environment like a sponge. There are many varying degrees of trauma and the sensitivity to certain traumatic situations depends on the ancestry line, soul contract and environment the person was brought into this life with. Most current symptoms and emotional patterns are a direct result from a past trauma. Therefore, allowing the trauma to resolve and complete itself naturally effects all that it was attatched to in our current lives-- similar to going straight to a tree’s roots from which everything stems from instead of focusing on healing all of it’s many branches.
It is strongly believed that emotions and mental thought patterns surface through the physical body as a means of communication. Therefore, physical pains, ailments or diseases are a direct result from unresolved emotions and dispressing thought patterns. During an MAT session, we allow these parts to speak so we can gently resolve its uncompleted stress. These parts normally are rooted and stuck within a stressful past where the perceived or physcial stress is no longer a threat to our current life nor does it allow us to flourish.
We are not meant to live in a constant state of fight or flight. We are not meant to be in
constant fear of reliving something that happened in the past or worried about the future. This blocks us from fully expressing ourselves and living life unhindered. We are here to grow, express and become more expanded versions of ourselves in the now. Transformation really can be that simple if we allow it to be so.
