Service Description

Private sessions are held at my home in Valley Center (Paradise Farms | walking distance from Hellhole Canyon Preserve) This is meant to be a ceremony for you and your body, in service to your transformation, regulation of your nervous system and detoxification of anything that is physically & energetically ready to be expelled. This is a time for you to feel embraced by the land & interwoven with its rich & generous medicines. All medicines used are thoughtfully handcrafted by myself from either organically sourced / homegrown ingredients or ethically wildcrafted from this land. - though my foundational practice remains generally the same - each session is unique, with different herbal applications and practices that are there to serve your intention + what wants to intuitively come through to support your body & soul You can expect a typical session to include: (1hour * includes about half listed | 2hour *includes most, if not all ) - aura clearing with sacred smoke upon arrival - spring water, calming tea - check in time, to ground in your intention (& oracle reading) - herbal skin wash - lymphatic movement (gua sha / dry brush / light massage) - body & face mask (clay or other herbal skin treatment) - sound healing (or other intuitive energy clearing practices) - use of our outdoor shower (heated / high quality filtered water) - facial steam (optional yoni steam) - foot treatment (clay & salt foot soak) - hydrating full body & facial mask - light full body massage with herbal infused oil - body blessing - time to reorient back to the space (open to finding a quiet space to ground & connect with land) - fresh hydration juice (herbal or veggie) - light hydrating snacks ( fresh fruit or veggies to regulate blood sugar levels & support detox) I prefer direct payment** when paid directly (not through website) 90min to 2hrs - $222 60 to 90min - $188
